I have pre-registered. When will I receive my badge?

Conference Attendees:
Badges will be mailed to you prior to the show. Once you arrive on-site, please bring the mailer with you to to pick up your badge holder or make changes to your existing badge. If you do not receive a badge in the mail you may pick one up at the registration counters.

All International Attendees (including Canadians): International attendees will not receive their badge in the mail; all badges and badge holders for international attendees will need to be picked up on-site at the counters.

Other:
Exhibitor, press or speaker badges will be picked up on site if they have not been mailed to you.

I have my badge; do I need anything else in order to access the expo floor?

Each attendee who receives a badge by mail will need to obtain a badge holder on-site. Admittance without a badge holder is not permitted.

Where can I pick-up my badge holder?

Attendees may pick up their badge holders at the registration area in the convention center lobby.
